About the Event
This will be a small group retreat, no more than seven attendees. We will begin the day with an outside slow flow yoga practice in the yard. After a little break, we will introduce some basic energy practices that you can incorporate into your life to allow you to protect, conserve and cleanse your energy. We will end the day with a group guided meditation to meet our spirit animal.
